Is this in Norge ? Can you drive on the roads there on those big trucks ?

I live in Norway so, then this is in Norway. The cars in the pictures is legal on roads in Norway, except the lc 120 on 46 "on an image. The 46" lc goes in Iceland but owned by one from Norway.

Thank nice back message on the pictures. There are strict rules in Norway, driving in outlying areas. But there are opportunities where we and run together legally. I live on a farm, and exploits the ability of the driving.

The law in Norway, says driving in outlying shall not occur without the permission of the owner because Poleti county and municipality.

We have areas where this is allowed and where collected my order and run. It created so-called 4x4 treff.på di places this is law. So we can not run the way you do in Iceland, but it has very fun anyway. I was in Iceland in March and consider gradually and and visit Iceland with my Hilux.

The white Hilux 38 "is the first AT 38" approved car in Norway. it has hosted demo used by AT in Norway, so the car has most of the equipments.

4x4 on both snow and offroad has been very popular the past few years. On the biggest hits we speak up to 100 cars to together.There comes from utlande and, and run .So it is very good, it goes one way and it is up 4x4 enthusiasts in Norway. Larger and larger cars are approved for use on roads, which is good:-)

Hello Ballon Tires, fine and see you here and in picture is my 38 "Hilux with AT 405 tires 38-15,5r15 AT prime 12,5x15 rim Hilux behind mine is a 37 'car with 37-12,5-17 BF AT tires and 10x15 rims. The lc 150 behind there is and 37 "on 37-12,5-17 prcomp deck and 10x17 rims.

15 "is better on snow, my opinion. I've run 15" summer and winter. 17 "on lcen I had, before I rebuilt the brakes.

Now I wonder one 14x17 rims and kewl tires 17 "as summer tires on Hilux.

Is there anyone here who has 3 "exhaust Hilux's?
I've TTE chip and KN filter and removed everything inside catalysator. marks as it is easier and better breathing, getting more nm lower revs.
Evaluate and get a 3 "exhaust

also wondering if anyone has know this tire? and can say about lit it; should only be used as summer tires.

How much air should I put in my AT 405 tires on 12.5 sprawl rim (Hilux 3.0) thinking on road driving. seems like there is a little wobble in the tires ..

There is one trick available to determine the tyre pressure.
Take a tyre chalk and draw 2-3 strips across each tyre.
Drive 2-300meters in straight line.
If the stripes fade only in the middle of the tyres, decrease pressure (2 psi at each time)
If the stripes fade on the outer parts of the tyre, increase pressure.
When the stripes are fading evenly across the tyres, then the tyre pressure is at optimum.
It might be wise to check the driveability of the car with 2 psi over and under that pressure to feel what is best for on road handling.

Be sure to NEVER exceed the maximum pressure of the tire. Max air pressure should be written on the sidewall of the tire... probably 30 or 35psi

I now run with 22 psi and 20 psi. I run a lot / most on gravel roads and snow plowed road, with this pressure. this is too high or too low?

20-22 psi høres ut som ca. rett trykk.

Hvis det var min bil så ville jeg kjøre med så mye trykk som muligt, så lenge som dekkenes kontaktflater er jevnt så dekkene blir ikke ujevnt slitt. Bilen bruker mindre drivstoff med mer trykk i dekkene og føles ikke som en båt på vegen.

Husk å det kan gott være at framdekkene og bakdekkene trenger forskellige trykk, særligt på en pikkup som er med tomt eller nesten tomt lasteplan hele tiden. ;)

Troblemet er traping av dekk,dem humper veldig.lurer på hva løsningen er der.vet ikke helt hva det heter på Engelsk?ingen vibrasjon sidevegs,men bilen virker og gynge lit om du skjønner...

Takk, jeg har vært i Norge i snart 2 år så jeg har hatt litt practice.

Føles det som dekkene hopper litt når du kjører? Er det konstant rytme fra dekkene som går opp og ned med farten?

Eller føles det som akslingen, opphenglsene eller bærearmene er laus og holder på med å dette af bilen? Rister bilen så mye at det er vanskeligt å kjøre og du føler deg nødt til å senke farten til og få kontrol igjen? Blir det kanskje stadig verre når du kjører fortere eller på visst fart og forsvinner så vis du "kjører gjennom" den farten?

Det føles som dekkene håper ja,men når du har kjørt en stund så blir det liksom bedre. Har fått høre at dette er noe dem dekka bare gjør slik?

Jada, dekkene kan ha flat-spots når de står stille i noe dager, særligt med lav trykk i dekkene. Det som har funkert best for meg er å pumpe mer i dekkene og kjøre litt til å varme dekkene opp, så blir mann kvitt flat-spots snart.

Når jeg kjøpte min LC95 på 38" Groundhawk så hadde den stått stille hos en bruktbilhandler ganske lenge. Der var ikke så meget trykk i dekkene og de hadde kjempestore flat-spots. Jeg kjørte rolige til neste bensinstasjon til å pumpe i dekkene og hadde 30psi i alle 4. Når jeg kjørte av stad så var det nesten som dekkene var firkantet, bilen hoppede så jævligt. Etter halvtime på 70-90 km/t var hann meget bedre og etter en time kjente jeg ingen ting.

Neida, jeg synes der er ingen grunn til å ha stor dekk når der er aldri snø her. :) Jeg kjøre Audi A6 og servicebilen min. Audien funkerer bra til å kjøre turer og go til stranden, vi har kanskje ingen snø men vi har masse sand og sol. ;)

New rims
