If you are looking for a chassis dyno to measure the horsepower, good luck then!
As far as i know there is only one in the wole county, at Borgarholtsskóli. And you have to be a very privileged student to use it.

With the Tacoma ECU..there's not much if anything you can do to modify it as such.
Only mods I've come across are piggybacks working on the signals going into it or coming out of it.
Superchargers with high-flow injectors and piggyback module to tune up fuel are common in the US.
There are kits from TRD with all you need for a moderate supercharged upgrades.
Over here, I don't know anyone who's specialized in these engines. That isn't saying nobody has however....best of luck with your truck!
